Apart from the food, depending on the tour, inclusions could be: a local food guide, wine tastings, pickup and drop facility from your hotel.

  • Cameras are allowed in all of the food trips. Otherwise how would you make your friends jealous?
  • Restroom facilities will depend on the tour selected.

Yes, but wine tours have age restrictions so don’t bring your kiddos there.

Yes. Any unforeseen events, such as a heavy downpour or other disruptions, might lead to a cancellation. However, our foodies are not put through inconvenience of any sort and the tour will get rescheduled. We also give a day prior notice to our customers so that they can go ahead and make other important plans.

  • 24 hour customer support.
  • Dress code required at certain destinations.
  • Meals and bottled water provided on tours.
  • Cash/credit cards or travellers cheques is a preferred mode of transaction when in the marketplaces, visa cards are widely accepted.
  • Dietary or personal restrictions to be mentioned at the time of booking.
  • Children are allowed on the wine tours.
  • Please be sure to advise Trip On Food if you are travelling with medication that requires refrigeration.
  • Basic medical aid is carried on all tours. In case of an emergency we can get you home or to our local office and ensure someone at home is aware of the situation and you get the aid required.
  • Carry a visa/passport and ID proof.
  • Carry your booking confirmation to classes/tours.
  • If you have any questions or concerns about an upcoming trip contact our office.
  • Incase you won’t be able to make it, give us a heads up of 24 hours and get a full refund on the tour.
  • After 24 hours we do not accept cancellations.
